Invitation introduction CC&Y 17th of April

We would like to invite you to the “tasting” of TripleWin’s CC&Y program in Riverside (Glattfelden) on the 17th of April, 2015 from 13:00 until 17:00, followed by an apero.

 

TripleWin has redeveloped its very successful “Professional Development Program,” which was delivered for 7 years to HP Switzerland, into the TripleWin Customers, Colleagues & You program. This program is appropriate for any level employee in the full range of companies.

CC&Y is a compact, intensive program. Participants will be regularly surprised by the qualities and skills they have. Step-by-step, participants will learn that personal development is about learning new qualities, developing existing strengths, and changing ineffective behavior. The overall aim of CCY is building and maintaining effective, efficient, and positive relationships. It’s about building relationships on the basis of trust and creating a win for all.
